How to free up RAM from temporary file

If your system is work too much slow and take too much time Complete Process.You need to free up Ram.If you want to speed up your Ram you need to delete temporary file.

First of all you need to RUN Menu Press Window+R

1. Type : "Prefetch" and delete all file from folder.
2. Type : "temp" and delete all file from folder.
3. Type :"%temp%" and delete all file from folder
4. Type : "recent" and delete all file from folder
